Employment Partner - Senior Associate to Partner
The firm has considerably increased its senior-level capacity within Employment Law to accelerate its ambition to become a leading player in this practice area. Their continuing success has led to their need to recruit an additional partner or very talented senior associate seeking a partnership position.
The employment law practice is recognised for its expertise in high value claimant litigation; advising senior executives, LLP members, high net worth individuals, investment bankers, fund managers and others. They also act for employers in the financial services sector on disputes and on non-contentious advisory work, and the team has notable capability in partnership law.
The ideal candidate will be a partner or senior associate with a practice founded on the conduct of complex contentious matters from a London or leading regional firm with a highly regarded employment group. An interest and track record in business development activities is also desirable. While this is predominantly a claimant practice, candidates with respondent disputes experience will be of interest.
