Our dedicated cycling team specialises in cycling & sports injury and are passionate cyclists themselves. Our commitment to the cycling world can be seen through our continued promoting of/ fund raising for safe cycling and also our ongoing legal representation of both British Cycling and British Triathlon, spanning over 10 years. The cycling team is also an advocate of the #BackInSaddles movement, encouraging cyclist to get back on their bikes after an accident and work towards getting back to their pre-accident quality of life as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cycling and have a genuine interest in representing injured cyclists. The work involved is challenging and will ideally suit a personal injury lawyer with demonstrable experience in progressing a multi-track, high value caseload. They must have genuine empathy for clients injured whilst cycling or pursuing other sports.  Whilst claimant RTC experience is a must, experience in cycling claims will be highly advantageous. The role will involve analysing evidence, preparing court documents, interviewing witnesses, attending conferences, and a large degree of client contact. This is a busy role within a growing team and a high standard of performance is expected. The successful applicant will have good IT, research, and problem solving skills will be an effective communicator.
