Legal Advisor, EMEA
Our client is a global organisation and is seeking a commercial lawyer who will preferably have experience in the healthcare/ pharmaceutical sector.
The role will be for a minimum 12 month period to cover a maternity leave. The working environment is immensely friendly, supportive and stimulating.
Work will entail drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements pertaining to the supply and maintenance of goods, materials and services. It will also focus on regulation around clinical trials and product liability. It will require an individual with the ability to build strong relationships within a variety of departments.
This position will suit a dynamic commercial lawyer (who will probably have in the region of 1-4 years pqe bearing in mind the remuneration level) with excellent experience in drafting and negotiating contracts. Some level of exposure to the healthcare sector whether in-house or in private practice is important.
