About the role?

You will be responsible for running your own litigated Occupational disease caseload from start to settlement. This will comprise of various disease injuries. For example, NIHL, HAVS, RSI, and asbestos related conditions.

You will be expected to complete your own CMC’s and application hearings.

You will be used to working towards targets and happy to progress with your own personal goals.
