Our client is a leading European investment bank with businesses in London comprising of ECM, including placing IPOs (both AIM and main listing rules), equity research, fixed income and private banking. An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the primary lawyer for the London business in a diverse and challenging role working closely with management in a dynamic, fast paced and non-hierarchical environment. A capital markets background gained either in private practice or in-house, including ECM is ideal. You should be a strong communicator and 'front room' person who is able to adapt readily to the different business requirements and product areas of the bank.
