Commercial Property Paralegal/NQ Solicitor

A large Commercial Law Firm is seeking to appoint either an experienced Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor into their successful Commercial Property Department in Greater Manchester.

The successful candidate will be experienced in providing practical, legal advice on a wide variety of matters including:

Sale and purchase of commercial premises
Commercial leases
Land acquisition for development
Landlord and tenant matters
Funding and lending

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent upon experience.
