Charity/ Commercial Property Lawyer, 3+ PQE
Our client, a well-regarded City firm, is looking to hire a solicitor to join their Charity/ Commercial Property team in London.
The role will involve advising charities and Church of England dioceses on a wide range of legal disciplines including ecclesiastical property, broader ecclesiastical law, trusts law and charity matters. You will advise on a variety of property transactions including charity property disposals and acquisitions, commercial leases and major development projects.
The successful candidate will be committed to working with and developing long-term relationships with Church and charity clients, have a good, up to date knowledge of the Church and the rules pertaining to it and be eager to develop a broad range of legal expertise.
