Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Executive / Licensed Conveyancer - Altrincham, Cheshire
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well establised and award winning Cheshire based law firm within their expanding Conveyancing department.
Your role as Residential Conveyancer will be to manage a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions (new builds) from initial instruction through to completion. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Conveyancing Assistants.
You must have at least 3 years solid fee earning experience within residential conveyancing including new build properties. In addition, you will be comfortable using Case Management Systems (experience using ProClaim is preferred but not essential)
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
