As Client Relationship Executive at this specialist law firm, you will play a key role in developing, shaping and growing the Client Relationship Management programme firm wide.   With a focus on client development, marketing and business development activities on a select group of valued and strategically important clients, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining these corporate relationships while working to grow the income from these clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring business updates and undertaking research & analysis on nominated clients
  • Drafting client business plans and liaising regularly with internal client teams to monitor progress.
  • Maintaining & updating relevant forums for client relationship information (ie. intranet pages).
  • Managing the firm’s database to reflect people moves, new instructions, marketing initiatives.
  • Events management

The Client Relationship Executive will have professional services experience (Law, Accountancy, Management Consultancy etc) in a business development and / or client relationship role. You will be business minded with strong analysis and communication skills. This is an excellent role in a vibrant, dynamic and progressive area of professional services.
