Our client, a large Authority based in the Home Counties, is seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis.
As the successful candidate, you will have worked in a Childcare Solicitor role previously and will preferably have experience working within a Local Authority setting although candidates from alternative backgrounds that have carried a public law caseload would also be of interest. You will carry a full caseload, dealing with Childcare mattes including Emergency Protection Orders, Supervision Orders and Interim Care Orders. In addition to this, you will be dealing with PLOs, IRHs, CMCs and Direction Hearings.
You will join a friendly team working in the County Council offices based just a short commute from London. Our client is seeking a competent candidate that will be able to hit the ground running, this interim assignment is offered on an initial three month basis with strong possibility for extension.
