Our client, a Global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a commercial lawyer to join their team on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. The company environment is supportive and relaxed and the role promises to be stimulating.
The role will involve drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements such as supply and maintenance of goods, materials and services. The role will also focus on regulation surrounding clinical trials and product liability. Experience within the pharmaceutical sector is desirable but consideration will be given to individuals from a strong commercial background either in-house or private practice. This could suit a bright commercial / corporate lawyer with possibly upwards of 1 year’s pqe who has worked for an excellent firm in the UK or a comparable jurisdiction.
