Our client a well established Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit an experienced Fee Earner to join the Fraud team in Bolton.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Handling a caseload of pre and post litigated Motor Fraud matters from inception through to completion
Liaising with clients including major insurers, self insurers, local authorities and insurance brokers
Working to strict deadlines and targets
Updating the in-house case management system

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you will be:
An experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner with a genuine passion to train within Fraud
You will have current or recent experience in handling Personal Injury matters

In addition, an understanding of the insurance litigation practice and processes together with indemnity principles is essential.
