Leading global law firm require an Events Coordinator forming part of the wider Business Services function and based at the firm’s Head Office in London.
The Events Coordinator will be part of a wider team who are collectively responsible for managing over 300 events held every year for the entire firm. Therefore, developing strong working and personal relationships, built on confidence and confidentiality, is paramount.
Supporting the team with the managing of events and client seminars, communicating with partners, internal groups and external providers.
Attending and contributing to team meetings and meetings related to events.
Liaising with various external suppliers and internal support staff
Collating invitation replies and guest list management using the Firm’s CRM system.
Ensuring Solicitors Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board Scheme requirements
Producing evaluation feedback
Producing seminar material
Candidates for this position will be expected to have worked, or be working, in a similar role within a professional
legal services environment. A confident, proactive individual prepared to take a hands-on approach to managing their workload using their own initiative and has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
