Family Solicitor - Head of Department
Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking to run and manage a busy privately funded family department? Are you a Family solicitor with goals and ambition towards gaining Partnership within the next 6 - 12 months? If so then this role is for you.
The firm is a respected regional practise within Bedford, with Legal 500 status, looking to recruit a new Family Solicitor to head up their busy family department.
There is a detailed plan of succession to promote the successful candidate to partnership within 6 - 12 months and provides an exciting and challenging step up for the right candidate.
There is a desire for a candidate of 6 - 10 years PQE, management of fee earners is preferred. Any exposure to marketing, business development and client management is desired also.
The key for this role is for the candidate to have a proven record in dealing with the vast array of family work, divorce, ancillary relief and child matters within a privately funded department.

Further to this the firm is seeking a candidate that has their eyes on a clear route to Partnership.
