Global Investment Manager seeks to appoint a Funds Lawyer c 5 - 8 PQE to join an in house legal team


This is a new position for a funds Lawyer to advise the global business, providing legal and regulatory advice in relation to investment services and investment funds including ; financial planning, custody management, securities and investment activities

Funds work will include UCITS and non UCITS funds, the work will include structuring and executing new fund products, maintaining existing funds and distribution arrangements .


To be considered for this exciting role, applicants must be able to demonstrate, excellent communication skills and sound delivery coupled with a solid investment management/funds experience. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a city law firm background.
