The firm is ranked in the Top 50 and has numerous recommendations across the Chambers. They are looking for an Associate for their Contentious Probate team in Guildford.

This Contentious Probate role is interesting and varied and will see you working with trustees, beneficiaries and for charities. You will cover a full range of complex private trust and estate disputes including hostile litigation, administration actions and trust issues on divorce. A large proportion of the work is offshore and international, ranging from multi-jurisdictional trust disputes to probate disputes for individuals with assets in multiple jurisdictions.

You should have a broad experience of handling your own contentious probate caseload with 4 years PQE with strong experience in advising on the recovery of assets, injunction and enforcement proceedings in commercial and fraud cases. Your background should be from a Legal 500, West End, Specialist or top tier regional firm.
