In House Commercial Counsel – Engineering/Construction/ Projects – South Wales
Our client is a well sized and established business. You will have a broad remit of work including commercial, procurement, property, employment and compliance/regulatory matters. You are not expected to be a generalist, anyone with a grounding in commercial contracts (drafting and reviewing) would be considered. Alternatively, if you have experience in the construction, projects or engineering industry then we would be keen to hear from you.
This would perhaps suit a lawyer who is considering their first step In-House or a candidate who is seeking a new challenge and on the career trajectory.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Commercial contracts experience
- Any experience in the engineering, construction or projects sector would be desirable but certainly not essential!
- Eligible to work in the UK
