Accountabilities

You will work in a small team and enjoy supporting the business on all legal affairs with a key focus on commercial agreements. You will assist the reporting line on tackling a range of issues including (but not limited to) general commercial, litigation, ad hoc employment issues and support M & A transactions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal/ Legal Executive
  • NQ – 3 years*
  • Commercial or Corporate background (highly advantageous)
  • In-House or secondment experience (not essential)
  • Health/Hospital or social care services sector background (desirable but not essential)
