Banking & Finance Partner US Law Firm

This firm is a US law firm with a global footprint. Keen to grow their London office, they are looking for a Banking & Finance lawyer to grow and strengthen this practice area. This role would suit either a junior partner or a talented senior associate with partnership aspirations. There is a real opportunity here for a skilled and entrepreneurial Finance lawyer.

Their Banking & Finance practice advises on a myriad of finance matters. Clients include international financial institutions, investment banks, US banks, private equity and hedge funds. Access to the firm's client base is part of the opportunity and there is a business stream that needs servicing and developing. However, you will also have the drive and the ambition to develop your own sustainable route to market over time.

The right candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least seven years of post qualification experience, in a leading Banking & Finance practice. You should be technically astute and ideally have a broad banking and finance law skill set. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be enthusiastic about business development. You will have experience advising on a wide range of financing transactions.
