Commercial Property Lawyer, Staffordshire - A new position has arisen for a skilled and talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well regarded practice in Staffordshire.

 

JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 1+

LOCATION: Staffordshire (Commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Leek, Congleton, Ashbourne, Chesterfield, Macclesfield)

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well established law firm and conduct a full and varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The commercial property department are currently working at full capacity and there is a need for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of commercial property transactions. The firm are keen to hear from talented Commercial Property Lawyers who can develop and expand the commercial property offerings within the local market. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with all types of commercial property matters including leases, sales, development work and investment matters.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have a minimum of 1 years experience in handling their own caseload of commercial property transactions. Having gained relevant experience within a reputable and leading law firm you will be versed in all aspects of commercial property issues and be looking for a supportive and friendly working environment where you can see your career flourish. You may already be working in Staffordshire, have strong ties to the region or be interested in relocating to the area. The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of commercial property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and development work.
