Residential Conveyancer, Lincoln - An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required to join busy Lincoln based team.

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE: At least 5 years experience in Residential Conveyancing

SALARY: Dependant on skills and experience

This well established law firm is recognised in the Legal 500 for its work and is one of the leading firms in the region. Its Residential Property team is currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post completion with minimum supervision. The Residential Conveyancer will have the opportunity to carve a niche for themselves within the local market through developing ongoing business relationships with estate agencies and other work referrers.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 5 years experience managing their own caseload of residential property files and be able to demonstrate an understanding in a wide variety of matters including leaseholds, unregistered properties and agricultural work. Any legal qualification would be an advantage, however more important is a proven track record dealing with residential property, excellent communication and team working abilities.

The new Residential Conveyancer will join a thriving team and firm that can offer great career opportunties as the firm continues in its ongoing success.

In addition, if you know any Residential Conveyancers who may be interested, remember we do offer up to £500 referral fee bonus (Terms and Conditions apply).
