This stellar international law firm is looking for a contentious trusts and estates lawyer around NQ-2 PQE to join its Guildford office. The team acts for trustees (individuals and trust companies), beneficiaries and charities. They cover a wide range of complex private trust and estate disputes including hostile litigation, administration actions and trust issues on divorce.
The work regularly requires advising on the recovery of assets, injunction and enforcement proceedings in commercial and fraud cases involving trusts, foundations, and corporate structures. Experience of charity legacy work would be desirable.
