The business continues to grow and develop and requires the expertise of a Senior In House Counsel - Digital Media to join them in their London HQ.

Description

The Senior In House Counsel - Digital Media will complete the small legal team. The aim is to provide senior support to the business across a range of commercial issues. The role with encompass a broad range of reviewing/drafting & negotiating commercial contracts, supporting distribution streams, data protection, rights and clearance matters, intellectual property and providing timely risk advice and solutions to the senior management team.

Profile

The ideal Senior In House Counsel - Digital Media will have obtained a solid and strong training with a successful career in practice (commercial or corporate would be ideal). With c8 years PQE*, the candidate will have had a broad exposure to a variety of commercial matters including:

- IP

- Data Protection

- Commercial Contract drafting

- Digital Media

It would be an advantage if the candidate had an understanding of video and OTT platforms.
