You'll join a small and close knit team that more than punches above its weight in the region. You'll ideally have a mixed diet of corporate finance and company / commercial experience.

As regards client base, most of the work the team undertakes is for SMEs. However there is no shortage of work for these clients and you'll enjoy being able to commit to providing a first class service with traditional client care and values. It is essential that you are a commercial / client facing lawyer. There will be lots of early responsibility with this role so either previous experience of running your own caseload or a desire to take on more responsibility at an early stage in your career is an advantage.
