Top firm with multiple offices, looking for an additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.

A highly regarded practice with numerous offices, our client is a well-regarded firm with a team of expert lawyers offering a full range of services to commercial and private individual clients. Their practical approach and expert advice is tailored to each client’s need to achieve the best solution as efficiently as possible. Currently undergoing a period of growth, they are now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for their Southampton office.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ leading practice in Southampton. Becoming part of a CQS-accredited team, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions to include freehold, leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity, Help to Buy, part-exchange and remortgages. Strong IT skills and first class client care skills are essential for the position.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 4 – 6 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Residential Conveyancing department.
You must have excellent technical skills and the ability to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills, building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
You will be IT literate.
You will be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
