Property Litigation, Exeter, Top firm:

This is a great opportunity for a property litigation solicitor with drive and enthusiasm to join one of the best firms around.

This role will particularly suit you if you're ready for that next step up the ladder. Perhaps you've been working in another firm in the West Country and feel you've reached the end of the road there. Alternatively, maybe you've trained and qualified in the City and are now ready for the next step in your career and wish to return home to achieve it. You'll find every support mechanism in place to assist you if you're hungry for career development and swift progression.

So what of the work that you'll be doing. You'll enjoy working closely with other teams on a wide variety of matters. Work is likely to include Landlord and Tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, rent reviews, injunctions in areas such as nuisance and trespass matters, defective titles, possession actions, self help remedies, professional negligence matters, building disputes and forfeiture.

If this sounds like you and you're looking for the opportunity to join a firm where you can at last carve out a role that is tailor made for you and you only, then this is just the job! You'll be well rewarded for your efforts and the firm makes every effort to accommodate your own particular working needs.

Top market rate salary and benefits on offer.
