We have fresh instructions to recruit a NQ year+ PQE Banking Solicitor for their successful and well known team in Bristol. You will provide a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral and LMA based club transactions, asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructurings and refinancing. Clients will include: major banks, other financial institutions, borrowers and a number of commercial clients in the manufacturing, leisure, retail and healthcare sectors.
