Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal, with some experience in Employment Law, to join a successful and well-known business based in the heart of Cheshire. Applicants will ideally have completed their LLB and will have some knowledge of Employment Law, although this is not essential. Salary is dependent on individual experience.

The business is made up of experienced and commercially astute Employment Law Solicitors who provide a range of Employment advice to businesses from a variety of industries nationwide. Due to their continued success they are looking for a Paralegal to join the team, to provide support to the Solicitors and work directly with their growing client base.

The role will involve drafting a variety of documents, contracts, and Employment handbooks, assisting with the preparations of Employment Tribunal cases, researching legal case points, communicating directly with external clients and internal stakeholders, and assisting Solicitors with their day-to-day caseload.

Applications are invited from Paralegals, ideally with some experience in or knowledge of Employment Law, who are keen to work in a fast-paced commercial environment and develop their drafting skills.
