Civil Litigation Solicitor - Newton Abbot - Devon - South West
This firm are experiencing growth, through their reputation, and are now seeking an additional solicitor or legal executive to join them in Newton Abbot.
They already have a civil litigator in place who handles a mixed caseload to include employment, personal injury and wider civil litigation matters. This fee earner is very busy and would be able to hand over clients and work from day one.
It is however unlikely this civil litigation work will make up a full time role, so either candidates who already have local contacts to bring, or those willing to build upon the existing client base are encouraged to apply.
Alternatively, candidates who have knowledge of both litigation and wills & probate would be of interest. If appropriate you could split your time equally between the two departments.
Unusual opportunity to work with this smaller firm, who have the flexibility to work around you! Work with minimal supervision where autonomy is encouraged!
Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2-3 years experience are encouraged to apply.
