Joining an existing settled and highly profitable team you will be picking up a caseload at circa 3+ years PQE although in truth applications from all levels of qualified solicitor or legal executive will be considered.

You will be joining an experienced team working in a friendly and supportive environment. The department covers the full range of Commercial Property matters on behalf of a long-standing client base. Typical instructions will include commercial sales and acquisitions, dealing with business leases and lease renewal, general landlord and tenant advice and also supporting the Partner with more complex transactions.

Perhaps you are an associate at an established city or large regional firm and you feel your path is blocked or you feel you are not getting ownership of key clients. There is an opportunity here to handle a high level of commercial property work but maintain a healthy work/life balance.
