Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive looking for a new challenge?

Blusource Legal have been instructed to find someone with good conveyancing experience to join a friendly and successful Residential Property team at a reputable firm. This role will be permanent and on a full-time basis, and will be based in Gloustershire. Primarily the job will involve general transactional property work, alongside the opportunity for some high grade legal work and building strong relationships with clients.

You will either be a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive (please note that our client is not considering solicitors for this particular role), and will demonstrate a good working knowledge of residential property. Ideal candidates will have solid conveyancing experience and be capable of providing high quality client service in a high-pressurised environment.

Salary will be £25,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience. The firm also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes: 25 days holiday (plus bank) in a full year, pension scheme (with employer contribution), life insurance, discounted legal fees, gym membership contribution, enhanced maternity pay (qualifying service applies).
