A very successful award winning multi discipline law firm, is looking for experienced Residential Property Solicitors/Conveyancers to join its successful team in Hampshire based due to its continued success and expansion plans.
The role will involve working within a busy residential conveyancing department. You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, in areas incorporating but not limited to: sales and purchases; re-mortgages; staircasing; transfers of equity and; right to buy to include more complex matters.
You will be an experienced conveyancer (qualified or non-qualified) with at 2+ years’ experience in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions.
