The employment team works with employer clients across a wide range of industry sectors, with specific expertise in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, education, recruitment and food & drink. They tackle all contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, and work alongside the corporate team on corporate support matters, and other teams such as commercial and commercial litigation, where employment law advice is required. Matters include -
- Discrimination, bullying & harrassment and equal opportunities
- senior leadership changes, succession planning and board changes
- senior executive performance processes and removal, disciplinary hearings & dismissal
- restrictive covenants, standard terms & conditions, service agreements and consultancy agreements
- re-organisation & redundancy
The team is now looking to recruit a further junior solicitor to join the team, ideally from Newly qualified up to around 4 years' PQE preferably in employer-based employment law matters.
The idea candidate will have strong drafting skills, a target-driven and commercial approach, and a good grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as a solid academic profile and a desire to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
