Associate Solicitor, Tax and Trusts Specialist Team - Wiltshire
Regarded Wiltshire practice with an excellent reputation that provides the full range of legal services to individuals and companies is seeking to expand the the Private Client Team.
The role would involve advising dealing with the full range of Tax & Trust work including complex issues. The caseload will include providing planning, inheritance and capital gains tax savings, Life Time Planning, family partnerships and tax efficient solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE and defined as a Tax & Trust expert that is used to dealing with complex estates and able to deliver complex solutions across all aspects of Wills, Tax, Trust Planning and also Family Partnerships.
The client base is mid to high value and offers the chance to deal with business development and marketing and play a pivotal part in their continued success.
