Planning Law Solicitor -4 years PQE+ Exeter
Regarded Law firm rated in the top 100 and a presence across nationwide including a strong presence in London and London client base is seeking to expanding the Planing Law Team.
The role of Planning Law Solicitor will involve dealing with clients including; developers, local authorities, waste operators and major landowners and play a key role in developing the department further.
The role would suit an experienced Planning Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE that has experience of working within Private Practice or Local Authority with proven ability dealing with public enquiries, judicial review, projects and major section 106 agreements. Junior candidates will also be considered given the success of the department and support that could be given to the right candidate.
