Excellent Partner role for a frustrated Corporate/ Commercial Partner or Senior Associate who is looking for a new challenge in 2016. You will be joining a small close knit but well established team, dealing with a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial work including M & A; JV;Fundraisings; Private equity and venture capital transactions; Company law and constitutional advice; General commercial agreements including supply agreements and standard terms; Data protection and Intellectual property. With lovely modern offices, in the City Centre of a beautiful part of the world, great local schools and easy access to London, this would be a great opportunity to for an experienced corporate or commercial lawyer looking for that elusive work/life balance, and you don't want to compromise on quality of work.

This firm can offer excellent support and infrastructure for you to help fully develop the corporate/commercial team, where there is good headroom for progression. Whilst a following is not essential, an ability to business develop is, and a good strong contact list and/or a following is always appreciated!
