An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the team of a large Professional Services firm in Bristol as the Recruitment Manager. This is a high profile role aligning the resourcing needs of the business with the strategic direction of the firm and you will be liaising with Directors, Partners and the wider HR team in delivering the firm's objectives.
Supported by a team of Recruitment Advisers, you will be overseeing and managing the departmental budget, providing Managers with guidance and support on the best approach in relation to specific hires, leading on senior hires, ensuring best practice in line with new legislation including updating policies and procedures, assessing and evaluating the current attraction process and implementing new methodologies, keeping abreast of market trends including salary benchmarking in conjunction with the Reward Manager, ensuring job specifications accurately reflect requirements, managing third party suppliers, and generally overseeing the Recruitment team function to deliver a first class service to the firm.
You will need to be a graduate with excellent communication skills, previous experience of Inhouse Recruitment within professional services as well as experience of managing a team, implementing strategies and delivering solutions in line with best practice. Salary is £45-50k. The role is based in Bristol with one day per fortnight in the London office.
