Real Estate Litigation 1-3 PQE

This West-End boutique firm are looking for an associate with property litigation experience to join their busy Real Estate Litigation team.  They are dedicated to the Real Estate sector and the team itself are strong and well-regarded in their field.

The team’s expertise covers a wide range of disputes in relation to residential, commercial and mixed-use property, including Landlord and Tenant issues, party wall issues, development disputes, possession claims, dilapidation claims, rent and service charge disputes and first tier tribunal cases.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years PQE and will have gained good Real Estate Litigation experience within a well-regarded firm.  A good commercial awareness is a must.
