Property Litigation Associate NQ-2 PQE

An exciting opportunity for an NQ – 2 PQE Property Litigation Lawyer, to join this leading law practice based in London’s West End.  The busy Litigation team have a strong reputation for both private client and commercial work.

This is a busy role which will include a broad range of residential work, including dealing with matters such as Assured Shorthold tenancies (acting on behalf of both Tenant and landlord) and advising individuals and collective groups of individuals on matters arising from property disputes.

The ideal candidate will have had an active involvement in preparing for trials for County Court and LVT and will have had some Enfranchisement experience.

Excellent organisational skills are essential as you will be comfortable running a busy caseload whilst maintaining good communication between team members and clients.  A good commercial awareness and proven outstanding client service are essential for this role.

You will be encouraged to be involved with marketing and business development activities.  This really is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with which you can be “hands-on” and will have the opportunity to take on responsibility at an early stage.
