Conveyancer/Residential Property fee earner - Central Ipswich -Modern and growing law firm

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer/residential property fee earner to join a conveyancing team in a growing modern firm which continues to enjoys an excellent reputation and is continuing to go from strength to strength and organically grow. The salary for this position will be based on experience and a structured career path will be on offer within a supportive working environment where ambitious lawyers can progress.

The successful candidate will be a conveyancer/residential property fee earner and will be joining a growing department responsible for providing residential conveyancing services to the firms clients. It is therefore essential that you are experienced in this area of law and are able to handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. You will be familiar with all the stages involved in a conveyancing transaction from the initial instruction through to post completion formalities. You must therefore have the relevant experience to be able to handle your own caseload from start to finish and be working in a similar role in your current role. It is not a strict requirement that you are a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer as long as you are able to demonstrate the relevant experience.
