PARALEGAL - DEFENDANT INSURANCE RTA FRAUD – LIVERPOOL

RTA Fraud Liverpool – This role is designed to suit an experienced paralegal ideally with pre-litigated defendant RTA Fraud experience though paralegals with straightforward RTA experience will also be considered whether from a claimant or defendant background. Personal injury paralegals deal with claims from inception to settlement.

• Previous Experience: Experience of handling RTA claims from inception through to settlement. RTA Fraud experience would be idea though our client is prepared to consider a broader range of applications.

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

The team is looking for bright, ambitious fee earners which a proven background in either defendant of claimant pre-litigation RTA or RTA Fraud work. You should be able to manage a caseload of pre-litigation claims from inception through to negotiation and finally settlement.
