Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Our client is actively seeking an experienced clinical negligence solicitor, from a defendant background to take on a busy caseload working for a range of clients including insurers and health organisations.

CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE TEAM

Clinical negligence solicitors within this team benefit from a large range of defence work ranging from actions arising out as misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment as well as life-long injuries sustained, for example, at birth including cerebral palsy.

The team has an outstanding reputation in healthcare litigation and acts for insurers covering private clinics as well as large healthcare institutions.
