This popular City firm with a genuinely friendly working environment is looking for a versatile real estate lawyer to work with a broad range of clients including registered providers of social housing and care homes, charities, local authorities and private developers. They act on a wide range of developments from medium to large scale residential and mixed use. The role will specialize in site acquisition and development projects for the above categories of clients but may also include some residential and commercial leasing and property related project support. The role will cover a full range of property related legal issues from giving advice on draft section 106's, development agreements, conditional contracts and potential title issues through to legal completion. You will have relevant experience of acquisitions and disposals and be keen to get involved in the business development of the department.
