Corporate M&A 4+

Unique and exciting role, at this truly global organisation, for a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 4 years pqe.

Experience gained at a reputable firm and strong academics are essential as are, technical, drafting and personal skills. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners in the team to grow the practice and must be able to demonstrate an ability to build and develop relationships with clients. Suitable candidates will have a good range of experience in areas of law such as structuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, funds, debt listings and intra-group financing arrangements, corporate governance, commercial arrangements, share investments and/or the implementation of employee incentive arrangements.
