Unique and exciting role, at this truly global organisation, for a highly experienced commercial/IP/IT lawyer.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience at a reputable firm and have strong academic, technical, drafting and personal skills. You will work closely with partners in the team to grow the practice and must be able to demonstrate an ability to build and develop relationships with clients. Clients are broad ranging and include many in the technology sector, experience of advising clients in the tech start-up sector is desirable but not essential.
You will enjoy a broad range of commercial work including IP, IT and data protection. Significant experience of contractual drafting is required and will include; standard terms and conditions of supply and purchase, supply of services and professional advisory contracts, supply and manufacturing agreements, joint ventures, co-operation and collaboration agreements, licensing, research, development and exploitation agreements, advertising and marketing contracts, sponsorship agreements and procurement, outsourcing and logistics agreements.
