My client is a Sovereign Wealth Fund client in search of a senior corporate M&A lawyer (UK or US qualified) to lead on M&A deals of high net value.
You will focus in public and private international M&A having gained this experience from a large law firm or investment house. Candidates have sophisticated experience in M&A and divestitures including structuring due diligence and drafting of transaction documents, negotiation, transaction closing and related activities.
The ideal candidate will have 6yrs+' PQE with training from a global law firm, while in-house experience from a financial institution would be advantageous. It's essential that candidates have top class academics (minimum 2.1 Law Degree) from a world renowned law school.
Successful candidates will be entitled to an ex-pat package offering a generous relocation and housing allowance and educational support for up to 3 children.
