A leading US technology business requires a Legal Counsel to focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions. You will support its evolving e-commerce business from their Munich office. Must be German Qualified with top bar exam results.
The Role
You will support their rapidly growing business unit and operations within all commercial legal matters. You will develop strategies with your clients, structure, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and provide ongoing legal advice in a wide range of legal areas. You will join an established team of highly accomplished lawyers where you will be considered an integral member with the opportunity to lead German and EMEA projects.
The Candidate
Candidates must be German Qualified with the ability to draft in German and English. It's imperative that candidates have top class academics (7.5 points in each bar state exam) with education from a recognised law school. Ideally you will have practiced with an international law firm having gained a minimum of 2 years corporate and commercial experience. You must have excellent teamwork and communication skills whilst international experience is desirable.
