An ECM (Equity Capital Market)/IPO (Initial Public Offering) Paralegal is required for a rewarding opportunity with a multinational law firm. This Corporate Finance role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

This role sits specifically within my client's Corporate Finance practice group. The role will involve due diligence work, preparing verification notes, conducting legal research and translating documents for ECM/IPO (Equity Capital Market/Initial Public Offering) projects.

We need to see demonstrated on your CV that you have between 1-3 years' experience as a Corporate Finance Paralegal. You will be well versed in assisting the Associates on ECM/IPO (Equity Capital Market/Initial Public Offering) projects. You will be assisting fee earners and involved in due diligence, verification notes, translation & legal research. It is also essential that you are fully fluent in Chinese language.
