Residential Conveyancer, West Midlands - This progressive and forward thinking law firm continues to lead the way in the legal market and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to deal with a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.

 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED: 3+

LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Cradley Heath, Telford, Cannock, Dudley)

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

A new position has arisen for an experienced and talented Residential Conveyancer to deal with a varied caseload of residential property transactions. The firm covers a full range of legal services for both businesses and individuals and they have identified the need for a Residential Conveyancer to assist with the continued increase of new instructions within the residential property department. The residential property team advises on all types of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will have a minimum of 3 years experience in handling their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who are looking for a new challenge within their career. Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executive must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of handling all aspects of residential property law including sales, purchases, leasehold properties, remortgages, shared ownership, investment properties and transfers of equity.
