Employment Law Paralegal, Birmingham City Centre Salary to £24K
Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find an experienced Employment Paralegal for a Legal 500 rated team in Birmingham city centre. The salary is negotiable depending on experience but will be to c£24K.
The role will involve managing your own caseload of claimant employment files and also assisting senior Solicitors in the team on higher value and often complex matters. The firm are looking for a candidate with upwards of 12 months previous experience ideally dealing with both contentious and non contentious matters and are happy to hear from candidates coming from either a claimant or defendant background. Aside from employment law experience you should be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, good communication skills and be a team player
